Tech for Troops Giving Campaign
Between now and Veterans Day, the Jesse Family Foundation will match every donation received in a grant to Tech for Troops to support computer literacy trainings for veterans.
According to the 2019 State of Homelessness in America, there are over 552,830 homeless people in America. Over 9% of those people are our country’s veterans. Additionally, there are 1.5 million veterans in the United States living in poverty.
In anticipation of Veterans Day, The Jesse Family Foundation is excited to partner with Tech for Troops to help address these alarming statistics.
Tech for Troops, a Richmond area nonprofit, is doing great work across the United States to support veterans and their families by providing access and training for technology. Through their educational programming and hardware donations, they give veterans the digital skills and computers they need to find a job and rise out of poverty, ultimately moving the needle on veteran homelessness and wellbeing.
Between now and Veterans Day, the Jesse Family Foundation will match every donation received in a grant to Tech for Troops to support computer literacy trainings for veterans.
Please help us double your impact in support of this incredible organization through a donation today.
“What is the ‘processing fee’ I’m agreeing to?”
The Jesse Family Foundation aims to actualize 100% of donations into projects. We hope donors will help defray incidental costs such as credit card processing fees to help us put as much as we can back into our microgrants.
